• Event Distribution Volunteer Help create a welcoming, organized event experience by setting up materials and making sure participants receive the resources and support they need. • Donation Drop-Off Support Turn donated items into real community support by receiving, sorting, and organizing supplies so they are ready for the people who need them. • Mentor Use your experience to guide, encourage, and support someone working toward personal, academic, or career goals. • Tutor Help students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and feel more capable in the classroom. • Storyteller – "PJ’s Books" Bring stories to life for children while supporting literacy, imagination, comfort, and connection through our PJ’s & Book’s program. • Guest Speaker Share your expertise, lived experience, or hard-earned lessons to inspire and connect with participants at select PPIP workshops and events. • Food Distribution Support Help families and community members receive food support with dignity, care, and respect. • Transportation Assistant Help keep PPIP programs moving by delivering donations, supplies, and event materials where they are needed most. |

• Program Assistant Keep PPIP’s programs organized by coordinating activities, schedules, outreach, and daily program details. • Partnership & Community Assistant Build valuable community connections with schools, childcare centers, local businesses, and partner organizations. • Data Entry Clerk Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and program data so PPIP can stay organized and informed. • Clerk Strengthen daily office operations through filing, document processing, inquiries, scheduling, and administrative support. • Program Coordinator Turn ideas into organized action by supporting program planning, coordination, and smooth execution. • Volunteer Manager Coordinate volunteers, schedules, and communication so teams feel prepared, supported, and connected. • Marketing Program Coordinator Bring attention to PPIP programs through outreach, promotional planning, and marketing support. • Marketing Manager Shape PPIP’s public presence through branding, campaign strategy, visibility, and community awareness. • Social Media Manager Use social media to share PPIP’s work, grow awareness, and keep the community connected to the mission. • Email Marketing Volunteer Create clear, engaging email updates that keep supporters, volunteers, and community members informed. • Storytelling Volunteer Share the stories behind PPIP’s impact by highlighting programs, community experiences, and meaningful moments. • Brand Ambassador Represent PPIP with pride by sharing the mission, building awareness, and connecting more people to the work. |
